  2. Thank you! It is Sea Exposure (lighter blue), 5005-8B, American Tradition paints, rubbed with a slightly wet sponge over a base of Dragonfly (dark blue), #C51-6, Olympic paints. Both are interior flat latex and can be bought at Lowes. The antique textured plaster walls helps to achive this effect. It is not a sponging technique.
