ReplyDeleteI live around the corner from the house, have known its current owners for a long while and know the house fairly well. Actually, it's in superb shape--very original and very well cared for. The exterior colors may not be everyone's choice, but this is no fixer-upper. Only drawback, the plot is narrow and the rear garden is rather small.
If you're in the market, this one is definitely worth pursuing.
