The Muddy Cup on the right, next to an interesting yellow mixed-use Greek Revival house which was purchased sometime last summer. We're wondering what they'll do with it.
Another surprise! I grew up within sight of your house. I've always admired the house you live in. I was lucky enough to be invited in once many years ago when I was trick or treating. The house is absolutely stunning. You're very lucky to own such a beautiful home.
I am currently looking for a victorian home and was wondering if the house you mentioned is still for sale? If so how do i get in touch with the seller?
I don't think that one is still for sale, unfortunately. But if you're interested, you can also take a look at the white victorian on the site's main page, there's a contact e-mail address in the post.
I have posted about 3 different unique Victorian homes on this site and the last time I looked (a few days ago) all 3 are still available. The Van Duzer house, which was not a Prodigal House For Sale Pick, is not available anymore. Feel free to send me your e-mail address at cynthia@prodigalborough.com and I can help you find a beautiful victorian. Are you looking in a particular Staten Island neighborhood? I always keep my eye on the listing just for fun.
