Some of New York's Finest looking kind of like prison guards after the terminal has begun emptying out into the 9am boat. I really wanted to get photos of the two fully armed Coast Guard commandos standing on the upper deck, but I was afraid to even try. I like the new terminal, but its bizarre lack of any interesting commercial presence makes it seem institutional and weird. I think this photo captures what I mean.
